We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for many years.
